1. Overview

RolesOneFit.vip (referred to as 'RolesOneFit') provides a range of services, digital products, and physical merchandise. By using our website and offerings, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Services include personalized coaching sessions, group workshops, and consulting engagements delivered by RolesOneFit personnel.

2.1 Service Refund Policy

Clients may cancel a service up to 48 hours before the scheduled time and receive a full refund. Refunds will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Clients may also apply the refund amount as credit toward a future session scheduled within three months of the original date.

Specialized one-on-one consultation services are non-refundable due to customization of materials and allocation of personnel. This ensures resource availability for other clients.

3. Digital Products

Digital products include online courses, ebooks, and prerecorded videos accessible through the RolesOneFit platform.

3.1 Digital Product Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within seven days of purchase provided they have not accessed more than 20% of the content. Requests after this period or threshold are not eligible for a refund. Approved refunds will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Transfers of digital product access to another party are not supported.

4. Merchandise

Merchandise refers to physical goods such as apparel, accessories, and branded items sold on RolesOneFit.vip.

4.1 Merchandise Refund Policy

Merchandise may be shipped back within 15 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the item. We also offer replacements for available items of a different size or style. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise was sent in error by RolesOneFit.

5. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario.
